What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, email, optional phone, business details, the template and package you chose, your project brief, the kickoff session time you booked and your timezone, and any notes. Only the studio owner can sign in to see requests.
Why
Solely to reply to your request, confirm your package and plan your build. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t add you to marketing lists.
What we never ask for
Passwords, account logins, card numbers or bank details. Deposits, when offered, are paid on Shopify’s secure checkout — never on this site — and the form refuses long card-like numbers.
How it’s stored
Your request is stored in a secured database that only we can read — visitors to this site can’t see, change or delete it. We also record which version of our package terms you accepted, so we both have a record. We keep requests only as long as we need them to reply, deliver your project and keep basic business records.
Previews
The personalized preview is generated in your browser. While you fill in the form, your answers are kept only in this browser tab so a refresh doesn’t lose them — closing the tab clears them. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send your request.
Deleting your details
Reply to any email from us and ask, and we’ll delete your inquiry.
