Clear terms, before you pay anything.

1. What’s included

Each package covers only the pages, form and revision rounds listed for it. Anything else — extra pages, new features, or changes beyond your included revisions — is a paid change request. We tell you its price in writing and only start once you approve it.

2. Revisions

A revision round is one combined list of changes to the design we’ve shown you. Rounds don’t roll over, and packages don’t include unlimited adjustments.

3. What we need from you

You supply your text, photos, logo and business details, and reply to drafts in reasonable time. Estimated timelines start once we have your content and pause while we’re waiting on you.

4. Payment

A 50% deposit is due to begin work. When you approve the finished site, we send a final invoice for the remaining 50%, which is due before the site launches or is handed over. We never ask for card numbers by email or on our forms. Domain, hosting, platform subscriptions and other third-party fees are separate and paid by you, in your name.

5. Deposit, cancellation and refunds

• The deposit compensates us for design work once it has begun.
• If you cancel before we begin design work, we’ll refund your deposit in full.
• If you cancel after design work has begun, the deposit is generally kept to cover the work already done. If you’ve paid more than the deposit, the part covering work not yet done is refunded.
• If we cancel, or fail to deliver the package as described, you’re entitled to a refund of what you paid for the work we didn’t deliver.
• Nothing in these terms limits any refund, cancellation or consumer rights you have under applicable law.

6. Not included

Packages don’t include custom applications, custom software or complex integrations. Enhanced interactive elements in the Luxury package are limited to what the chosen site builder normally supports.

7. No guaranteed results

We deliver the website described in your package. We don’t guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or sales, and timelines are estimates, not promises.

8. If something goes wrong

Tell us in writing what isn’t right, including your reference. We’ll reply, explain what we can do, and work with you to fix it or agree a fair refund under section 5. This doesn’t affect your right to dispute a charge with your payment provider or to use any other remedy the law gives you.

9. Ownership

Your domain stays in your name. The pages, design and content we deliver for your package belong to you once the project is paid in full, as agreed.
